  1. Missed yesterday’s May calendar and always feel so guilty, that I almost miss another 😢! But I got on the mat even with a belly full of food and am so grateful and happy I did!! Yeah Me and anyone else that feels guilty when missing a practice .❤ I feel so much better and need to thank Adriene for your amazing ways to teach, you really are incredible 🥰 Thank you to the rest of her team that make this happen as well and always to sweet Benji ❤❤❤

  2. This was my first ever Yoga with Adriene video I did, I remember. I was wrecked with anxiety at the time and couldn’t find any relief. It came in the form of this video, and healing came in the form of yoga, which forever changed my life. Here I am today, 129 days of yoga this year consistently! Felt so emotional coming back to this because, ironically it’s just what I needed today after a stressful day at work. The universe really works in mysterious ways!

  3. Blessed Beloved Beauties! Bloom Day – 10 is right on time once again. I feel so refreshed, and anxiousness has curved tremendously. I don’t have time for an extended run before I instruct my next English class, yet I do have time for a quick 20 – mins run. Like Adriene often states, ” A little goes a long way. ” Best wishes, everyone! 🦋♥️🦋

    1. About to get the mat out. We had to let our 12 yo golden retriever to take her final breath and sleep forever. She will always live in our hearts ❤ and at the moment we all miss her so much🙏, so today’s yoga is for our golden lady🌺🌺🌺🌺

    2. @Hanna Löfman  You have my deepest condolences! 🙏🏿 May your golden retriever R.I.P. I remember our dogs 🐕 growing up Smokey and Snowball. Both were bull dogs. Although Smokey was a mix of German Shepherds breed. They were poisoned when I was a kid.

    3. @Zuri Wilson-Seymore Thank you Zuri💜, That is a sad thing to experience as a child😔. We were happy to spend those 12 years with her, so letting her to felt sad but it was her time.

  4. So much goodness in this practice I LOVE this one , sending everyone lots of love ❤

  5. I’m starting to see my comments from previous practices more and more these days, I love these little time capsules! See you all tomorrow for a renewal 😄Bloom Day 10, May 2023 🎶

    1. Ditto Anya! How did you like this session? I read my previous comment, which was around the holidays. I love seeing personal growth and the growth of others. 😊

    2. @Zuri Wilson-Seymore I definitely enjoyed it! I’ve been a bit stressed about my thesis work having issues, but I’m making a point of keeping time for yoga every morning and it’s very nice. I hope you had a great day, and hope to see you at tomorrow’s practice 😀

    3. @Anya Forestell  Awesome! Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ for anxiety was probably perfect for the stress you felt with your thesis. How did it pan out? I’m a little sleepy 😴, yet I’m going to meditate 🧘🏾‍♀️, then run 🏃🏿‍♀️ and lift weights before instructing my next English class. 😊

    4. @Zuri Wilson-Seymore actually we fixed the major issues and my project is going ahead!! So it all worked out 😀 I hope you enjoyed your meditation, run, and teaching!

  6. Day 10 of Bloom and my body continues to amaze me this month with what it is willing and strong enough to achieve! Even warrior 3 and some core work were achievable today 🙏💖

  7. 🧡🧡💛💛Loved this today I needed this, thank you Adriene

  8. These slow, soothing practices are my favourite ! I hope that everyone has a lovely day x

  9. ❤Thank you for filling my heart with gratitude! It is always a pleasure sharing this session with this wonderful community! Rowing away from darkness, and as Adriene said “Choose the light and LET IT GO!”! Go out and spread some shine today! 💖

  10. Thank you Adriene ☀️
    Day 20 Bloom May’23
    See you tomorrow 🧘🏻‍♀️
    Namaste 🙏🏻

  11. Wow that was a gorgeous yoga practice, thank you Adriene for that. I am someone who is highly anxious, I have Autism and spend most of my time worrying about things, worrying about people and getting things done and the big one I worry about is time. But you help me to just be in the moment. To think only of now, this time on the mat and my breath. Thank you so much Adriene for helping me find a place of calm in a world that is wildly anxious. You are the best. 🧡 Namaste 🙏

    1. I agree this was a great practice ❤ my brother is autistic so I understand some of your challenges. I wish I could persuade him to try a little yoga as I’m sure he would benefit but as a young man he is almost certainly not going to listen to his middle aged sister 😅 He does utilise meditation a lot so at least he has some tools to use. Have a great rest of your day and I hope you’re feeling even more better today 😊

    2. @LouBLou yeah it can be challenging sometimes, but I’ve found Adriene’s yoga really helps. I’m sure it would help him, all you could do is keep suggesting it. Men can be funny about things though, and I know with the Autism it can sometimes be hard to try new things. It’s good he meditates though. 🧘‍♀️ I am feeling a bit better today thank you, its up and down at the moment. I hope your doing OK? Namaste 🙏

    3. @Fluffy Ross I’m glad you felt better when you wrote this:) Fibro is such an up and down thing isn’t it. Drives me crazy that you never know how you’re gonna feel the next day lol. Im not feeling so great today but I think the damp weather we are having isn’t helping with joint pain. W e have had thunderstorms every day this week! On the upside the veg i planted with my grandaughter is thriving from all the rain/sunshine lol xx

    4. @LouBLou thank you, I’m sorry to hear your struggling with your fibro, it is such an up and down thing. It drives me nuts to that I never know if I’ll feel OK the next day. It makes life very difficult at times aspecaily when people don’t understand. I know the thunder storms have been a lot lately, but at least looking on the bright side of things where not having 40C weather like last year, So silver linings .😁 I hope you feel better soon, keep going with the yoga it really does help. Namaste 🙏 🧡

    5. @Fluffy Ross ah you’re in the UK too then. Crikey that temperature was crazy last year wasn’t it!?! I really struggled at work but I would stop off at my daughter’s on my way home and jump in my grandaughters pool haha.
I’m the biggest yoga bore going. Whenever anyone says they have any issue, mental or physical im showing them adrienes channel 🤣 I’d just achieved my challenge to myself of doing every day for a year when I had to start my cancer treatment and couldn’t manage to keep up everyday. Im recovering now so hopefully won’t be long before I can manage every day again because yoga and epsom salt baths were the main things that managed to keep my fibro under control as much as anything can. I’m just about to go try todays but can’t see me managing all of the 40 or so minutes lol

  12. Been feeling really anxious lately and i am so grateful as this practice for May Bloom Day10:05:23✅ with nice deep stretches is just what i really need. I’ve got 2 pressing issues to attend to afterwards and i will be able to cope mentality & physically well. The consistent uplifting comments are also such a lovely push👌🏾💪🏾💞…ty so much Adriene, bloom buddies and all practicing…you are all awesome…a splendid day to all💗💫🌼☀️🙏🏾

    1. Sensing hugs and wishing you a wonderful day 🙏💖
Trisha! Lovely to see you too my friend. It feels like forever ❤

    2. @Trisha Kingsbury Thank you dear Trisha💜🙏🏾…lots of love to you as well.xx

  13. Im here after my father’s death , divorce n son leaving us to live his dream n never speak to me..
I was a wrecked person.. broken to the extent of palpitations, shaking n blank out ..
    Thx Adrienne ❤
This has helped quite a bit

  14. I’m here because I get morning anxiety a lot ever since I moved back to my moms house. Sometimes I even dread walking to the kitchen or getting out of bed. I put my yoga mat in front of the tv and even if I don’t have energy or I’m too anxious to do the yoga routine, just listening calms my nerves down so much. We appreciate you Adriene 🫶🏼

    1. I think mostly anxiety reasons only breakup I can’t believe you have anxiety too because i have anxiety because i feel i am not good enough as i was before but you looks better and you are a girl as well you can find easily someone

  15. to everyone who may come across this: you’re probably here to help with your mental health, and i just want you to know that you are so loved and appreciated, even if it feels like you aren’t. i may never have met you but i care about you, and i know that you deserve happiness and peace in your life. i’m so proud of you for how far you’ve come and for just being here and existing. it’s not easy. look after yourself and others close to you. the world is better with you in it and you make someone’s time here more bearable 💗💗💗

    1. What kind of mushrooms do you take to make you feel this way about others while they all take your personal information and sell it (aka patriot act) so you can be stalked everyday for your personal habits and bank account.

  16. Just finished this practice and it really helped. Anyone whose scrolling and wondering if it’ll help – I was feeling insecure and anxious beforehand and now I feel calmer and more connected to my heart. Sending lot of positive vibes to anyone that needs it today <3

    1. Jesus Christ is the propitiation for the whole world’s sins. They that believeth and are baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but they that believeth not shall be damned. Those led by the Holy Spirit do not abide in wickedness.

*God is ONE manifesting himself as THREE;* the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit! Bless him! *For these three are one.*

As I am led by the Holy Spirit, nothing I state is a lie, but the truth of God. Anyone who tells you differently is misinformed or a liar. They do not know God, nor led by him.

Anyone who *claims* to be a Christian and is against what I am doing, and where I am doing it; the Holy Spirit does not dwell within them, they lack understanding. They know not God, read his word, and their religion is in vain. Do not hear them, they will mislead you, the lost cannot guide the lost.

    2. When you trust in God and cast your cares (worries, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts) upon him, they will be NO MORE!
Know that there is power in the name Jesus Christ! His name casts out demons and heals!

The world is wicked, evil, and of the devil.
I too, was a wicked sinner of the world before I opened my heart to God. I am living proof of God’s work and fruitfulness! He is an active God who hears the prayers of his! God’s children are set apart (holy) and righteous. The devil is a liar that comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy; that includes your relationship with God.

Open your heart to God, repent of your sins (he will forgive you), and let him direct your path. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands and purify your heart, lest you walk with the devil and follow him to hell.

  17. I’m here because I can’t stop overthinking . Anxiety is the worst thing I have ever experienced. May this yoga work for me😓

  18. In the beginning when she said “You are here, the hardest parts are over” – I don’t know why but I broke down crying like a baby out of nowhere. I didn’t know I needed to hear that. Thank you so so so much for the videos and the love flowing from them, it means so much.

    1. I read this bforee I started and thought, “I need to cry before I start this.” So I did. Just finished my yoga. Whew! I think I can face the day now. I also may com back and do this practice one or two more times today as it was so healing. Thanks again, Adriene.

    2. It’s so important to cry when you need to and always more cathartic than expected IMO. Listen to your body always, and find what feels good 🥰

  19. Anyone else here because of coronavirus stress? I’ve been a ball of nerves all day because of the nature of my work and the only thing which helps is yoga with Adriene, thank you so much <3

    1. Emily litteraly me! Had a panic attack earlier and this really helped calm me down

  20. I hope everyone who is anxious feels better. It is so hard but we must hang in there and support one another on platforms like this

    1. My anxiety is killing me day by day now… It is out of control I am giving up, cant take it anymore… It is so bloody hard…Every day i feel like i cant breathe and it freaks me out.
