  1. Thank you so much for the effective workout . I haven’t worked out in so long , but today I got up and decided that I had enough with feeling out of shape and decided to go back. I used to weight train with my sister 6 days a week years ago and I remember how strong and nice I felt. I am a shaky mess right now lol but I am re dedicating myself back to it as I am 43 now. Again , wonderful video and encouragement. 😊😊🥰

  2. I love working out so much I feel like if my body isn’t constantly in pain from the work outs than I got to go harder I love the pain I feel from it plus I love sweating like a beast!

  3. Girl, I love how you keep it real!! Out of breath, knowing when to lower the heavy weights. She’s great!! My go to workout now!!!

  4. First time back in the gym since about 8 months…this was exactly what I needed!

Took me back to basic muscle memory, and listening to my body. I wasn’t discouraged by starting back at square one but felt highly encouraged by seeing her ramp up the exercises to a higher level if you have the ability to.

The extra attention to body form and emphasizing the right and wrong ways of executing were incredibly helpful.

Please keep these coming, this working momma of two needs your kind of encouragement and physical health guidance!

  5. So much respect and gratitude for this strong, beautiful and courageous woman. I’m 62 and haven’t worked out for 1.5 years. Getting back into it and she has helped me so much. Thank you Massy Arias. You are an inspiration.

  6. I stumbled on your channel but girl your workouts are so dope and I love how motivating and raw and authentic you are ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  7. When you said simple warm up and went all the way down with that squat…I knew I was in the right place to get my life together.

    1. I can appreciate that as well! I was just at my gym doing another biometric screening prior to some trainer recommendations for a resistance workout regimen to maintain my weight while building muscle & losing belly fat, and during the evaluation the guy wanted me to add more weight and I kept telling him no I am not comfortable with that & I don’t want to injure myself as I really just wanna focus on getting the technique right for now!

  8. Oooh I love this energy! ‘Never leave the gym knowing you could have done more.’ Strong!!

  9. The best woman trainer hands down. I’ve been following you for years and will never stop admiring you. I appreciate real athletes in the industry

  10. I’ve lost 5 inches around my waist doing her workouts. I’m 5’10”. I don’t usually weigh myself because I don’t care how much I weigh. Once my waistline is where I want it, everything else is gravy. Note: I love how thick her hair is.

  11. Dont know how you popped up on my recommendations but im glad you did. You’re awesome and will be trying this next leg day!!! You are body goals 🔥

  12. Your physique shows you are more than just one of those ‘gluteus maximus only’ trainers
    Great work out!

    1. Unfortunately I’m reason ting to title these videos with specific body parts because the general population think of movements as exercises and bodyparts. If I’d title this video “ Lower body Strength for hypertrophy” I’m not sure if they would understand that this is a strength routine that can be done to out on muscle not only on the glutes.

    2. thissss. theyre all over social media looking like centaurs, bodies so off balance and zero symmetry.

  13. Am I the only one who appreciated she’s out of breath and working through it?

I’m tired of the glossy workout Beachbody type videos where no one breaks a sweat and smiling all the time.

  14. first time i ever heard of her or seen her she’s inspiring i love her attitude gonna be watching more of her videos she is a motivator

    1. I have heard wonderful things from my friend. I am literally starting to follow & learn more .

    2. She’s been around for a while!!! Years, actually. She’s also IG. I felt the same way when I first heard of her. Been a fan since.

  15. You know it when someone seriously works out all of the time, when their warm-up looks like the actual damn work out!
