  1. Dont expect big changes the higher level you go. The differences become more minescule the longer youve done this. Believe me. Ive been doing this for nearly 20 years. Im totally natty too, I dont even supplement. I look like a regular dude, but i have anime character strength.

    1. @DoctorCdub positivity is being humbled and taking pictures for yourself, not half naked in social media for the world to see, if I had a mom I wouldn’t want her pictures all over the internet but ig I’m just looking at it from a different perspective not a simps perspective, she left nothing to the imagination might as well be naked and sell OF pics.
